EBRGIS Lookup Tools

This lookup tool is designed for users to quickly find which council district an address is located. Users can enter an address number and street name below to determine which of the 12 council districts the location is in. Please refer to the search tips below for more information. Users can view the entire Street Name database in table format by clicking the hyperlink.

If you cannot find your street or require additional assistance with finding your council member, contact the Council Administrator's office at (225) 389-3123.

Search Tips

• Either an address number or street name is required to search.
• Numbered streets are in the format: 1ST, 2ND, 43RD, etc.
• Street names with Saint in the name are not abbreviated (SAINT LOUIS, SAINT FERDINAND).
• The search is a wildcard search, meaning a match is found if the search text appears anywhere in the street name.  For example, if you search for 123 LAKE, you will get 12301 LAKE LA BELLE CIR, 12306 LAKE SHERWOOD AVE N, and others.
• You may enter a prefix (N, S, E, W) or street suffix type (ST, RD, BLVD), but neither are required.
