CPBR Title VI Plan Related to Federal Transit Administration Funding

In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge (City-Parish) operates all of its programs and provides public transportation services without regard to race, color or national origin. City-Parish is committed to providing non-discriminatory service that is open to the general public. City-Parish is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from access to its transit services on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Also, under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, City-Parish shall not discriminate against an individual with a physical or mental disability in connection with the provision of transportation service.

with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 can be found in Attachment A.
