Loop Capital Justice Center Study

On behalf of Loop Capital Financial Consulting Services (“LCFCS” or “Loop Capital”), we are pleased to provide the final report on the Baton Rouge Justice Center Study. In December 2015, LCFCS was engaged to review current local processes that affect the jail population against national best practices in order to identify improvements that could expedite the classification and processing of individuals from their first encounter with law enforcement through the time they are released from custody. The goal of the engagement is to provide a report that assists policymakers in decisions about the size and scope of a new facility and that will provide a menu of options for more detailed implementation steps in each of the recommendations.More information...
