NO TERM LIMITS AND 9 VOTES NOT REQ FOR 3RD TERM.
FIRE AND POLICE APPOINTMENTS MUST LIVE IN PARISH, ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS MUST LIVE IN CITY.
An appointee can live in the unincorporated part of the parish, but not in the city limits of Zachary, Baker, Central, or St. George.
