Function
Title 2 - Article II - The organization's mission will be to identify and secure local resources to organize necessary action to maximize a positive economic impact for the Metro Baton Rouge area.

Title 5 and Title 7- Article V- One member appointed by the following: The Mayor/President's Office of EBR, City/Parish Metro Council, the Downtown Development District, The Baton Rouge Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation, the managing company of the Riverside Centroplex and a community at-large member. Article VII - Appointed by the Mayor-President of the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, for a period of time to expire upon the election of their successors at the annual meeting held in January 2006.
